1. Shot blasting derusting machine is mainly a method to use the high-speed operation of mechanical equipment to throw out the steel shot with a certain particle size by the centrifugal force of the polishing head, and the thrown steel shot will collide with the components violently, so as to remove the corrosion on the steel surface.
It uses two kinds of steel shot: cast iron shot and steel wire cutting shot. Cast iron shot is an iron shot with a particle size of 0.8 ~ 5mm formed by spraying and rapid cooling of molten iron, and the surface is very round. It is relatively cheap but less durable.
2. Sand blasting derusting machine is a derusting method that uses high-pressure air to bring out quartz sand and spray it onto the component surface. Quartz sand comes from river sand, sea sand and artificial sand. Sand has low cost and wide sources, but it pollutes the environment; Derusting completely depends on manual operation. The surface roughness of components after derusting is small and it is not easy to meet the requirements of friction coefficient. The salt of sea sand shall be removed before use. If you want to reduce environmental pollution and increase workpiece roughness, steel sand can be used instead. The efficiency of steel sand processing workpiece is fast, the hardness can be adjusted according to requirements, and it can also be recycled.
